I absolutely love this rice cooker! It cooks rice perfectly every time fluffy and delicious. Super easy to use, and the keep-warm feature is a lifesaver. Cleanup is a breeze with the non-stick interior. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify meal prep!

This is my favourite appliance. Steams rice perfectly together with my steamer basket with rice in it. One pot cooking. With 5-year appliance warranty, one cannot go wrong. This is my third appliance - the other two are at my cottage - but the first with a slow cook functionality. I highly recommend it to busy families especially during school year.
This unit replaced a rice cooker we had for over 20 years. Cooks rice very well and has a multi functional cooker menu for other foods. The only thing was the recipe booklet calls for too much water for white rice and the first time cooking the rice came out too mushy. Some measuring adjustments had to be made, now we are enjoying rice steamed, as we like it. Easy to clean afterward, very much worth what we paid.
I bought this because I've had nothing but positive experiences with Hamilton Beach products. I've cooked rice and quinoa. Love the results. Easy to use and clean up is quick. I like the option of using the slow cooker, which is great for lesser grades of meat such as blade roasts.
Great product. I don't really use any instructions, I just use trial and error. Haven't messed up any recipes so far. Easy dishwasher clean.
Had an old model, still works but a little worn out, hopefully this one will work for over 10 years too, good so far.
Hard to review as I've only used sauté or brown programs but they are wonderful- no messy stove spattered by splatter from a frying pan. I'm a senior so the whole appliance is king of heavy for me to lift in and out of a cupboard.
