Great Heavy Duty Iron!
I've only been using this Iron for about a week now, but so far it's been very impressive. The steam output is Great...It glides fairly smoothly across the material and does a great job getting the wrinkles out of my cotton shirts. It takes about 2 mins to reach the desired temperature needed. It shuts off after about 15 mins when sitting upright and about 30 sec when laying flat or on it's side. This is a pretty large Heavy Duty iron however I didn't find it uncomfortable to handle but for someone with joint issues this might be somewhat difficult to handle on a regular basis . The lighted Digital display was fairly easy to read and could be changed by pressing the button located above the display window. The retractable chord didn't retract as easily as it should but overall so far I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Not so satisfied though because I received a used item; evident with some water left in it plus spots of dried up steam bottom and side of the iron. I needed it badly and i will returning I hope it doesnt give me troubles though for im not sure why in the first place it has been used and returned to WalMart wear house. I hope that someone checks the item before discharged for mailing out.it was online order very bad experience :'(

gave me a used item
Item was clearly used) already returned. Dirty and nicked up. Ordered another one somewhere else that came the same all beat up and clearly old/used. Someone is running a returned iron Racket online, especially with this particular model.

worst exp- received used item with wear n tear
I think I received the same item which person below wrote review. It is in same condition, seems used, water drops inside, so many scratches, wear and tear clearly visible. Did not expect such product from walmart. returned on the same day.
