she loves it.
My fiancee has wanted one of these copper-ceramic griddles for awhile - she's very impressed with this one! The packaging, however, from the warehouse Walmart is using is terrible. I had to call and spend an hour on the phone to get another one sent. Beware if using for a gift or something.

Hamilton Beach Durathon Ceramic Griddle
The overall design, and non stick without teflon. I've owned 3 griddles, hands down this is the best. I cook a big variety of things, so far never failed to please
