We haven't tried it yet, but the Hamilton Beach Pasta Maker already has us excited. From the moment we unboxed it, the design stood out—clean, sturdy, and surprisingly compact for a machine that promises fresh, homemade pasta in minutes. What really caught our attention is how user-friendly it appears. The controls are simple and intuitive, which is perfect if you're not an expert in the kitchen but still want that authentic, homemade touch. The build quality feels solid, and the attachments look well-made, giving confidence that it can handle different pasta shapes without hassle. Another thing we love so far is the convenience factor. I followed the recipe that was in the booklet it came with, and it was easy to make. It only took a few ingredients, too! After the dough is made, there's the option to make a few different types of pastas. All you do is guide the dough into the slot and then in the back of the machine the cut pasta comes out. When the pasta was cooked, it tasted so fresh and delicious.

Finally decided it was time to get a pasta machine to cut for me and save some time. Best decision I've made! I can easily slide my dough through the 6 inch wide rollers to flatten the dough into sheets. Love that there are 9 different thicknesses I can work with to roll out the dough depending on my needs. Also appreciate that the pasta cutter wheel is also adjustable. Similarly, I like that you can also adjust the speed of the roller to meet your comfort level. I mainly use this pasta maker to cut out strips of dough for my noodles and they come out even and perfect each time. It makes it easier when cooking the noodles to them all evenly cooked every time. Overall, great electric pasta maker that is heavyweight, durable and made of stainless steel for easier cleaning.

It's bigger than I thought it would be, so I'll have to find the right place to store it. I like that this is easy to use and from a reputable brand. I've been looking online for pasta recipes. I'm just really excited to try all the different ways to make fresh pasta. It came with a little pasta roller that can crimp ravioli. I can make fresh lasagna sheets, fettucuni, angel hair spaghetti. Cleaning the machine wasn't too hard either.

I first used it to make several different pastas, fettuccine, spaghetti and sheet pasta which I used to make raviolis. It is great. After I made the sheet pasta, I decided to use it as a sheeter to make sheet of other doughs for dumplings and fold over fruit pies. It is an absolute work saver. I liked this one so much that I ordered the electric pasta and noodle machine too. Now my kitchen is like my own private Italian restaurant at home. LOVE IT.

I loved the ability to make a variety of pasta, such as fettuccine, spaghetti or sheets to make filled pasta. I really loved how easy is was to controll the thickness of the pasta I was making. The 9 settings made it more than versatile. The ability to change speed with my comfort level was unique and perfect for a beginner such as much. The machine itself was very nice. The best feature was that it is electric, which meant I did not have to deal with clumsy and tiring manual cranking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to say, I have been wanting to have a pasta machine for years to save money on ramen. Boy I love this machine and it's pretty too, very heavy. It does take a little learning curve to get the right consistency. But once you get the hang of it. Wow. I made 2 batches of kansui ramen the other day and they turned out great. I put 3 ziploc bag full of ramen in the freezer for the next few days. It is a little difficult to clean it up, but I a special small paint brush to clean it makes it easier. I will add Hamilton Beach to my list of products to buy in the future.

Was very disappointed in the condition of the machine. Apparently it was used and returned…very gross! Whatever happened to quality control? Even packaging was torn and taped together.👎

This pasta maker is a knock off from China of an Italian Imperial Presto Pasta 13234 Machine. Several other brands like Hamilton Beach are selling the identical machine with their logos stamped on the front. It's poorly made and the motor so loud that you can't have a conversation with anyone while it's running; it sounds like a blender on high speed. The rollers are poorly aligned so that the pasta sheet when rolling through is forced to one side causing the sheet to fold on to itself. On the dial to set the roller width, there is no marker on the side of the machine so its hard to tell what number the dial is set on. PROS: with patience (and if you already have experience using a manual pasta maker) the machine is semi-functional. CONS: unacceptable noise level, misaligned rollers, dial to set roller width hard to use. The user manual is minimalist and has very little helpful information. The Hamilton Beach website has no user guides or video information.
