Husband happy then everyone happy. He can set brewing to bold And makes for a happy husband. He even bought it for my mom and SHE loves it. Easy even for her to set up and she is 83. He ordered it on a Sunday and Fede delivered it Tuesday morning. EXCELLENT

This is a well thought out coffee maker. I am impressed at how the design addresses all the things that you have to do to make coffee and makes each step easier. Especially like the wheels to easily roll it out to access! Also, it makes great coffee which you can customize easily.

Great coffee maker for the price even though it has gone up considerably. This is our 2nd purchase of this model and its about 40% more than the model that preceded it even though its exactly the same except for the front color. We still bought it anyway because we liked it so much.

I like that it has a back water storage which is easier to fill then the pot itself. It has small wheels underneath that make it easy to move around. This is my second Hamilton Beach Coffee pot and I love it. You will not be unhappy with this product.

I love this Coffeemaker! Ever since I had a Black and Decker under cabinet Coffeemaker (which repeatedly leaked and had to be replaced), I have been looking for a Coffeemaker which could be placed under a cabinet. I had a Delonghi whch also leaked, but every other make seemed to require adding coffer and water from the top. After the Delonghi failed I started an exhaustive search for a true undercabinet Coffeemaker, and finally found this Hamilton Beach model. Not only could I add coffee from the front using the swiveling out filter holder, but it was on rollers so I could turn it, to provide access to a detachable water tank at the back , This is much easier and less messy than filling the carafe with water and pouring into the swingout funnel that the Delonghi had. So far it has worked perfectly - I just hope and pray that it doesn't end up leaking like the other coffeemakers I have had, but the detaching water tank with no moving parts gives me a lot of confidence that it will not leak.

The coffee pot is easy to use and is attractive. The basket has to be placed just so in order to fit right, its like a puzzle piece. And, I am afraid that the button to open the coffee dispenser is something that might break easily. Why have a button to open the coffee dispenser? It is an unnecessary feature and one that may easily cause the pot to fail.

Great coffee maker! The size is perfect with it's sleek design and small footprint, reducing counter clutter. Setup is easier and neater with the removable water tank, swivel base and pop out filter basket. It has all the functionality as our previous coffee maker without the bulkiness.

Bought it to replace identical model I have used for 2-3 years that started to leak. Since I didn't keep original receipt, I didn't know if it was still under warranty or not. I will keep receipt in a safe place this time. Obviously, since I bought an identical replacement, I like the coffee maker. Filter basket door is difficult to close but I hope this is a normal "break-in" issue.

Love the compactness, style only problem is when you go to close filter compartment it doesnt shut you need to lift on filter compartment as you close so it snaps shut. The unit could be built with better plastic as it is pretty flimsy. Brewer is alittle noisy but all in all makes a great cup of coffee and would recommend and buy again.

This coffeemaker broke after only 10 months of normal use. The removable water resevoir leaked its entire contents all over my countertop and down my cabinets. Also, the clock is annoying as the : blinks continuously. Hamilton Beach does not even answer phone calls to their customer service number. I'd suggest selecting a different company's product.
