very easy to use and made great coffee

I bought this because I've had nothing but positive experiences with Hamilton Beach products. I've cooked rice and quinoa. Love the results. Easy to use and clean up is quick. I like the option of using the slow cooker, which is great for lesser grades of meat such as blade roasts.

Works great! Better than the name brand Nespresso machine. Feels more substantial and makes nice hot drinks.

This is my favourite appliance. Steams rice perfectly together with my steamer basket with rice in it. One pot cooking. With 5-year appliance warranty, one cannot go wrong. This is my third appliance - the other two are at my cottage - but the first with a slow cook functionality. I highly recommend it to busy families especially during school year.

I bought this and satisfied with it. I am using it to make black garlic. It's Keep warm function is ideal for making black garlic. I just have to reset the warm function as it only lasts for 12 hours. Left photo is the first batch of black garlic from the rice cooker. This unit replaced a rice cooker we had for over 20 years. Cooks rice very well and has a multi functional cooker menu for other foods. The only thing was the recipe booklet calls for too much water for white rice and the first time cooking the rice came out too mushy. Some measuring adjustments had to be made, now we are enjoying rice steamed, as we like it. Easy to clean afterward, very much worth what we paid.

I bought this machine specifically because I prefer Nespresso original coffee pods. This machine delivers a very satisfying cup of espresso. My only issue is that it can only accommodate a very short cup. Not a problem at all, just an accommodation. I hope this coffee machine lasts a long time.
