I love the features. Figuring out the various ways to make coffee was not nearly as confusing (I am 75 years old) as I thought it might be. The online video was very clear about how to set up the adaptions and has excellent usage. Excellent price and I was a bit worried Hamilton Beach may not be as high a quality but it is good materials and sturdy.

I had an expesive one that lasted less than a year and a half , this machine is wonderful for the price , it is fast and coffee comes out how it should be HOT

Easy to use, makes great tasting coffee. Good Value

For the most part, I really like this coffee machine. The one thing I do not like about it is that it puts 2 ounces more in than what you select. When I select 12 oz on the pod use (not the carafe), it actually makes 14 oz, when I select 8 oz, it makes 10 oz, etc. However, on the carafe side, it seems to make the amount you select. I do like the fact that both needles for puncturing the pods are removable for cleaning, and it also has it's own small basket

Bought to replace Keurig single cup (9yrs old). Loved carafe but single cup stopped working and leaked after 5 days. Have dozens of pods and couldn't use them. Very disappointed. Plan to return.

I like the convenience of all in one but I don't like complexness of it

I will be returning this item. The heat plate is already scratched up like I've had it for years. I have purchased this brand before and was very happy with it. I used it nearly every day for nearly 3 years, so I was shocked that the poor workmanship of this new one.

Doesn't work as well as said

It is slow and did not last but a month so for the price it's definitely not worth it it stops working and you have to buy another coffee pot

My unit arrived broken. The myg holder had broken iff but the box was not smashed or bent in any way.
