Great replacement for a single serve coffee maker and another 12 cup coffee maker. This all in one takes up much less room

we love this unit. we first got this unit with a glass carafe for mom and it works really well. but we prefer the thermal carafe and were excited to find this same combo unit is offered with that option. we only use the single serve option once or twice a day so why have a big water tank to clean? single serve pod container is easy to clean. carafe side makes good coffee. there's a “bold” brew strength option we don't use. two cons: the big door over the carafe side is a bit flimsy. mom broke it but it still brews. the carafe lid doesn't close the pour spout like our previous thermal one did, so some heat escapes that way.

Love this coffee maker! Gives our family flexibility to each have our preferred drinks in morning as we have different schedules and thermos one perfect for dinner time as we gather to have ready as we have our meal together!

Having a family of 6 still living at home. through out the week everyone has different schedules so it's the single side weekends family breakfast the carafe side.

like the thermal carafe. I don't like the single serve side. The grounds explode when using a k-cup or the reusable filter that comes with this machine. Grounds in my cup are not enjoyable. On the other hand the single serve side can be used solely for boiled water when making tea, instant coffee, cup noodles etc.

Machine works well but gave 3* due to strong plastic smell & taste, even after 2 rounds of vinegar cleanse and multiple pots/cups. Also thermal carafe doesn't keep coffee as hot as I had hoped it would, or perhaps machine doesn't brew as hot as others I've had in past. I do like the option for single serve or full pot, and use of refillable pods or pre-filled is a bonus!

I had ordered the warranty but it does not show on the invoice. It showed on the screen print I did when I initially ordered. I did respond to Walmart but did not receive an answer

very disappointed coffee barely hot. tried all the suggestions still not satisfied. also coffee was weak even though brewed on bold setting. returned it and went back to my mr coffee.

The coffee pot is great but the seller didnt want to honor the price that was listed so after I purchased it they emailed saying sorry not in stock, refunded my money then jacked up the price.
