Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Trio Coffee Maker

Love the easy to use functions on the main screen! The single cup server gives you more than 3 options for sizes which you hardly ever see! Great machine and happy we switched!

I have purchased 3 of these units for my personal home and rentals. I like the ability to make a carafe when groups/family are visiting or just a single cup for my myself. Easy to set up the night before so it's ready to go in the morning.

This is the third of these I have purchased over the last 10 years. They are less expensive and more reliable than the Keurig makers that I have had in the past, none of which lasted over a year. There is a design flaw with the Hamilton Beach which has caused the failure of each of them. The hinges are plastic and eventually they break. Hoping this one lasts longer. Would get 5 stars if the hinges didn't break.

I'm not sure when I purchased my last coffee maker but it has been many years ago. The same style maker but the newer one does have a few new features like removable water holder for more single brews. My only dislike is the black writing on the black buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over a 3-year period, I went through 3 coffee makers. On all three, the bottom of the resivoir cracked and was no longer useable.

These coffee makers don't seem to last but about a year then they start blowing hoses off back in underneath it and it starts leaking all over your countertop or it will start blowing all the water over into the carafe if you're trying to make the single coffee cup

carafe works fine and heats to an appropriate temperature, single serve side consistently allows grounds into cup and temperature is very warm at best far from hot. do not recommend.

We loved this coffee maker initially; however, after only 2 months the KCup side doesn't work. First it said clogged needle. We cleaned the needles. Now it save Fil H2O when the reservoir is full. Very disappointed. We have tried troubleshooting without results.

Bought this coffee maker in December 2025 it is now May 2026 and it has broken. The water on the Keurig side has stopped working and the heat plate on the craft side is not keeping the coffee warm.

The simgle serve worked initially and now continues giving the "needle" error code in spite of the fact that I have cleaned, cleared, removed, cleaned and cleared repeatedly.
