Great item. I highly recommend

Works fine
The product seems to work fine despite the condition it arrived in. Box was falling apart with holes punch through it. Tape job done by whomever did not cover all the gaps. No warranty, instructions, manual of any kind inside. I plugged it in and it started heating up, so I guess that all it needs to do. Have used a couple of times and seems to work fine. Relatively easy to clean.

Great until it wasn't
stopped working after light use for 7 months.... hoping to get it replaced as we really loved the way it worked, was easy to clean and consistently made great sandwiches no matter what size the bread or ingredients.

Uneven heating
Even after 30 minutes preheat there is little to no heat generated in the center. Getting a pale brown in the center results in burned edges. It is unusable. Say the word and I will pay to ship it back to wherever you want.

The product arrived with no wrapping and not in a package. The package is damaged. My husband now knows one of his presents since the item was not wrapped or packaged. I already contacted Walmart and received no response
