had a Hamilton beach for 10 to 12 years and still worked after rough use. i decided to get a smaller one the other one was flex brew. so far working great i cook my ice tea mix 2 times a day .(10 cup brew) like this brand because other one never wore out

We had another name brand pod machine for years….it finally decided to take a rest…..we looked to see what was available and settled on this one…we love it….easy to setup up and best part, fresh brewed coffee, like coffee was meant to be…..easy to clean, and ready for the next servings of great coffee, the aroma in the house announcing the arrival……I think you will love it as much as we do!

Great price and the options like how strong you like it and the ability to change the 2 hr default to less or zero and cones to filter coffee made this a buy for me

This coffee pot has saved me from keeping my coffee pot on. After I'm gone, the ease of keeping it warm and having it turn off on its own is just a game changer..

Overall, I really like the coffeemaker. the fact it uses cone filters stops filter foldovers like with basket filters. I would be happy with that alone but it also helps the coffee taste better and prevents water from flowing higher than the top of the filter. The glass caraffe is heavier than most I've used because it's nade with the same glass used for Pyrex ware. I love that the warmer has an adjustable temperature setting and the timer can be set for anywhere between 10 minutes and 4 hours. At the lowest temperature and times beyond 2 hours, the coffee doesn't get boiled. The only negative is that the maker is pretty loud when brewing but it doesn't bother me. I would buy this product again.

Everything works as it should. However when it's done making coffee it leaks clear water and I can't tell where it's coming from. Not alot, but enough.

Brews a good pot of coffee. Wish they had kept the vent on top like they had on their older model. Steam now pours out all along the coffee basket rim, and drips down the side.

I don't drink coffee, yet purchased for my husband. We were surprised that there were no instructions nor filters included in box. That aside, my husband is pleased with coofee maker.
