It does what its made for. I was able to make dry chutney(>1 min), wet chutney(>1.5 min), idli batter (>2 mins)with it. Performance is excellent. Just one con - it makes noise louder than my pervious mixer, but its makes up with its remarkable performance and efficiency. I use the preset setting, and result is good. Also time taken to do the job is minimal.

It is a perfect blender for Indian cooking where everything grind needs to be perfect. Easy to clean . You run a particular setting and get your other work done while your blender complete the job

This is absolutely amazing. I have used other mixer grinders as well, but this one is all different and worth the money you spent. Don't know why there are negative reviews.

Excellent product for all types of cooking, especially Indian cooking . Blending takes no time. Cleaning all jars easy. I like that they have used stainless steel body and sharp blades for excellent grinding.

Stopped working after 3 weeks because we got a recertified used when we should have gotten a new one.

I bought this before 2 weeks. 1 week - 1st time usage had little bit smoke and smelled a bit burned. 2nd week - 2nd time usage smelled and stopped working. What to do used my old blender(250 watts) which is having a bit damage in blade but he did the job. Not sure why a hgh power blender would die in 2nd usage itself. Will return it next day.

It grinds dosa batter well. But gives a burning smell. I used it about three times so far and the smell comes as soon as I start it. I'm disgusted, I will return the product.
