I'm so impressed with this fridge. It's really nice looking and the price is amazing! so roomy and definitely an upgrade to our mini fridge. We use this as a second fridge to store extra milk items not used often. I love that the freezer has a separate door, and there won't be any frost issues inside the cooler part. There were a couple of dings in the back corners, but no one will see them so who cares. Very happy!

I just love it, it’s the perfect size for my room. I am Disappointed, it arrived with a dent on it. If I had bought it at the store I would take it back for one that’s not damaged

Funny Little refrigerator, I didn't want to buy a bigger one since I only use it for myself and another person so this was perfect for me. It's 2021 now and it still works perfectly fine.

It is adorable! Was actually delivered a few days early. Easy to set up and it's super cold! Perfect size for 1 person. I am very happy with my purchase!

The fridge arrived with a broken (plastic) shelf and surface damages to both sides of the fridge. See the pics. Called Walmart. The CS was helpful. They said I could return and replace. Didn't want to go through the hassle. I was desperate to have a fridge. I plugged it in and it works perfectly! Since the sides hide anyway, decided to keep it. Contacted Walmart again to see if they could replace the broken shelf. But they said return the whole thing or else! I decided to keep it. Hopefully I can order another shelf. I am assuming that RCA manufactured this beautiful, well functioning, low cost fridge without any damages. But some one ruined it during delivery. What a shame.

I love the retro look, and the color! Unfortunately, three things were wrong with it: 1) There was one big gouge in the side (about 1/4" to 1/2" deep but it did not puncture - so the metal skin is pretty decent), possibly during shipping - there were also two other dents, about 1/4" deep. 2) There was no way to contact anyone about the damage; also, it was specifically called out that it could only be refunded, not replaced. I would have liked to just swap with a replacement, but I hadn't even plugged it in so I considered keeping it if it did a good job, or buying another one in advance (the price had gone up by $18 - maybe that's why they wouldn't allow a replacement?) 3) So, I plugged it in anyway... it started up, I could tell the compressor was working (typical hum/vibration, but reasonably quiet) and it seemed to cool a bit, but the freezer wouldn't make ice in 24 hrs; so I set it to the coldest position and it still wouldn't make ice; seemed to be the same temp actually, only slightly cool. So I tried backing off the temp to 4, and after another two days it seemed to fail completely! There was no hum or vibration but the round black thing in the back (accumulator?) was fairly hot, so I unplugged it. After a couple days I tried plugging it in again, heard a hum but not like a compressor, then a little 'pop' so I unplugged it for good, and am sending it back. Probably not going to buy another one of this model, even though I absolutely love the look.

I need to return because it will not turn on and has dents all over it. I scheduled it but the freeze delayed that. I also noticed that I’m supposed to box and secure it for pick up but I don’t have a box that big. The initial packaging was compromised because it was left in the rain.

My New Retro Refrigerator can so damaged I am not sure it works. I have never experienced something beat up so badly. I spent 20 min unboxing this and Wow, I am so disappointed in the product handling.

The product was canceled, delivered anyway, damaged beyond use by FedEx, and advised by level 2 customer service it would be processed as a no return refund. It is now in the landfill, I never received my refund, and now they want it back, notnsure how they are going to get it. I knew Mr Sam personally, and this is NOT his company, that's for sure.

It arrived damaged and was given two unsatisfactory options as already described in detail. I will not order from walmart.com again.
