[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this coffee maker and we use it everyday. I love the fact that we can make 1 cup for an individual serving or a whole pot for the office. It's easy to use and clean. Overall this is a great product.

I ordered this after shopping around, and wishing I had ordered sooner, I would have had better coffee and saved a fair bit of money. I received my coffee maker today and found it so easy to use. I ordered the flex brew trio, and am delighted with all of it....the instructions are written in everyday English if you need them. The coffee is HOT...finally a good HOT cup of coffee...the single use is great, it allows you to pick the size if you want 6 oz up to 14 oz, great for the larger mugs or the travel mug..the price is a very nice surprise as well ...thanks..a very satisfied customer..

The bonus of a single cup option has been super handy in my household where a pot is gone after the first 3 travel mugs have been filled. Some of my adult children who live with me drink coffee all day long and now they don't have to make a pot in order to do that. The pot brews pretty quickly and can be programmed, too! Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone who wants options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son bought me tis Flex brew for a housewarming gift and I love it. I like a pot of coffee in the mornings and just a cup in the evening so this works perfect. My only reason for 4 stars is it is slow to perk.

Just received my coffee maker this morning. I am having an issue with making a single cup with loose grounds. They provide a basket for this, as well as a holder for k cups. The model number is on the bottom of the box. Looking forward to great cups of coffee.

When brewing an 8 cup pot of coffee using a No. 4 paper basket liner the coffee grounds over flow the paper liner and grounds are always in the pot of brewed of coffee. Since the coffee make is capable of brewing up to 12 cups, the grounds should not over flow the paper liner when making 12 cups let alone ONLY 8 CUPS. Very disappointing coffee maker.

I bought this item and just received it today and I filled the water reservoir and placed it in the coffee maker and it flooded my kitchen counter!! I thought maybe it was the way I placed the reservoir in the machine so I tried again and had the same outcome.Typically I do not take the time to leave reviews but I got this coffee maker ,Scheduled the pick up to return it and purchased a Keurig at Best Buy all in the same day!!Save yourself the time ,hassle and money and purchase a different Coffee Maker!!
