Hamilton Beach The Scoop Single Serve Coffee Maker, Removable Reservoir, Stainless Steel

I bought this because I like having 2-3 cups in the morning but by the time I got to the last cup in my coffee maker, it tasted burnt. This was a game changer for me. I love that I can still buy my regular coffee with the reusable filter, I get to put as much or as little coffee in it as I want (I can get up to 4 scoops for my travel mug), and I get a fresh cup every time. It's so quiet when it's brewing too!

I was so skeptical to purchase this coffee maker. I had an old version that I loved and lasted for over 10 years. I researched and researched and I kept coming back to this model. I love it. I love how it has a water tank. I love how you can change the cup size. It has a little shelf that folds down if you want the 8 ounce it looks beautiful in my kitchen. well-made beautiful design. Perfect for myself I'm only one person.

Exactly what I needed! I'm the only person in my house who drinks coffee. I only drink 1 large cup before heading to work. I get a fresh, 14oz cup each morning. Fast brew too!

Easy to use and brews fast. We like the optional bold brew selector. Also like the water reservoir on the back. Since it brews fast I feel it looses a little flavor which is why I gave it 4 stars, but is much better flavor to us than a keurig. I like using my own grounds instead of pods. We dump the reusable filter grounds in the garbage and it quickly rinses out under running water. There is a slight residue in the bottom of the cup when finish drinking the coffee. This does not affect the taste for me. I recommend this coffee maker

I love ed my hamilton beach coffee maker easy to use,love the large water reserve , perfect for small counter space , fast brewingand the appearance💯. But just after a month of use water started pouring out of the top where the coffee grinds go, so for that reason I give it 4 stars.

This model is good because it has a water reservoir. I had bought one which you have to keep filling up for every cup and that was a nuisance.

It stopped working after essentially 2.5 months of use over 5 months we've owned it. So why a 3 star rating? Well, it's a great coffeemaker that fits our needs and it has a 1-year warranty - if it was going to break down it probably would within the warranty period, and if it was after the warranty then the price we paid was worth it for a year (about 0.31 cents per cup just over the time we used it, so it becomes an even better value had it lasted longer). We cleaned it every month per instructions but for some reason it started making a loud squeaking noise and not pushing water through. Cleaned it once more and still the same issue. We've put in a warranty claim. It's very easy to use. We like our own coffees so we can adjust the amount of grinds we each have in the scoop/basket and whether one wants it regular or bold. It also provides the right amount of caffeine that a keurig never does. The basket is easy to knock out the grounds and start fresh. We recommend rinsing the inner basket after every 2-3 cups. The reservoir is simple to detach and fill. Wish: - Have a 10 or 12oz option since that is a "normal" coffee mug size. I guess this is a choose your own adventure. We found the right combo of features, function, warranty, and price to make this worthwhile. HB just needs to make this slightly better, consistently, using better parts.

Wanted to give this a try after reading all the good reviews - what a mistake! This machine did NOT work right from the start. The red button kept on blinking - even though there was enough water in the reservoir. It made a screeching sound and would stop pouring into the cup. I read the instructions AGAIN, followed everything as advised and still not working. A total waste of time and money. Will be returning.
