Every kitchen should have one
Gets water boiling in no time at all. I bought this one as a back up to the same one I've had since the first Covid outbreak. Got used to scalding dirty dishes at that time. Keep thinking the older one is bound to give out but for now it's still working perfectly. Just want to be prepared so as not to be “without” even one day!

Hamilton Beach stands behind their products.
Great tea kettle, but the base was defective upon arrival. Returned. Contacted Hamilton Beach prior to returning. They gave me a coupon for a new one.

Great kettle
Love this kettle. Nicely made and the adjustable temperatures are great for a variety of teas and it also has a insert for loose teas. So glad I purchased this.

Purchase was Good
I have used it and feel comfortable that my purchase was good. The water is good temperature and remains warm while I need it. I give it ***** 5 stars.

Nice pot
Nice pot. Heats fast. I am older and it is really heavy for me when filled with water. Do not know why someone decided to put sticker on the side of the pot. Now after removing it I have a blemish that I cannot get off.

Would like to have seen a minimum amount of one cup instead of two but besides that, its been really good (about 1 week).

Kettle convenient, easy, and fast
I bought this particular kettle because it resembles the previous Salton kettle we had. The device works great. My complaint is that the metal frame feels a bit flimsy.

Kettle died after 2 months of use.
I liked this kettle very much, but two months after it arrived, it totally stopped working. Plugged it in...lights worked but it would not heat the water. Walmart has a good return and replacement policy, so I will have to see if the replacement is any better.

Wont stop boiling
When you set to boil it never stops, it just keeps boiling tried two different ones and returned them both. Had to go to a different brand to get it to work
