Hi good afternoon I purchased this phone for my mother for Mother's Day gift. My mother truly love this. She can't stop playing with it. She said she enjoy reading it reading the conversation that is and she can hear very well. The only thing that she don't really like about it is the ringer is extremely loud. She hasn't figured out how to turn it down yet, but it's OK. She still left the phone.

Purchased this as a second unit for my dad who's all but lost all hearing. It's been difficult to call because he no longer hears my voice unless I'm shouting. This is the same style unit that he has had and stored after his own brother - who had a similar loss of hearing - passed away years ago. I installed this seamlessly and after a series of firmware updates the unit worked. There can be some issues when calling from my vehicle as the unit can't transcribe what I'm saying and dad tells me that it says that my words are too garbled. But dad now has started calling me with the device and we actually have resumed having conversations again. Really, we are at our last option because all of the hearing aids simply can't perform for him anymore. There's a slight delay as the unit processes words from my speech and yet this beats yelling into my cell all the time. It is nice to feel comfortable resuming phone calls once again.

my mother is 84 and finding it very hard to hear and understand using a regular phone so this is perfect. and the Display is easy to read.
