I bought this halter in regular horse size for my new OTTB and was worried it wouldn't fit her small feminine head. Well it fits like a custom show halter, and the color is a beautiful deep navy and the brass hardware is sturdy and bright. I LOVE this halter, will definitely buy again!!!

Hamilton Halters have always been a good product. When these were reduced in price I ordered two! Waldo is a bit destructive with equipment, but I have noted that he can't do this with these halters. I also don't have to worry about the hardware on these either. These really last. Thank you Smart Pak for carrying this brand 

Bought this to use at shows (not ready to spring for a leather one just yet) and it just looks so nice - esp. nice touch is the prominent brass tab on the end of the buckle - doesn't show up so well in the ad but really dresses up the halter. Soft but sturdy nylon. Appears well made made but only used it for one show so far.

This is my absolute favorite halter brand out there. Durable, simple, and very classy, I'd highly recommend purchasing. I absolutely love the quality of these things, and they look great on just about any horse!

If you are looking for a very strong halter the Hamilton is unbeatable. I am not too crazy of the way they make them now - with the adjustable chin strap - I prefer the track style halter. But they do have a brass keeper so the excess strap isn't flapping around. This is one of the few nylon halters with brass fittings, grommeted holes, and a brass tab on the crown piece. I bought one over 20 years ago for a TB mare who was a stone cold halter puller. She gave that halter quite a workout for a dozen years and I am currently using it on a large pony. I throw it in the washing machine a couple times per year and it still looks decent. I need to buy one in Oversize, but haven't been able to locate it.

I love this halter! The color is bright and the halter is so durable! It even withstood being chewed on by other horses when my pony was in his playing halter tag days! This halter has really nice quality and the snap never freezes even when it seems like its below freezing on show mornings! LOVE halter!!! Would recomend this to everyone with a mistevous little pony!

My warmbloods "outgrew" their nylon halters when their fuzzy winter coats came in, and this halter fits great because it runs a bit large. The pointed metal end on the strap makes it easier to get on, too. The colors are great. My halters hang on outside runs in all weather, and they still look good, wash easily and dry quickly. I have bought 4 of these so far, and I love them. They cost more than other nylon halters but are so worth it.

I've gotten so many compliments on the color of this halter (I purchased the navy) and it was one of the more reasonably priced options. Average horse size was a perfect fit for my 16.1 TB gelding. Great value for the price, very durable: Honor is kind of a spaz and he hasn't managed to break any of the hardware!

I purchased this for my draft cross and it did not fit so I returned that is why I gave it to four. The odd thing is I have the exact same halter in large and it fits my horse that is why I ordered this in a large – I would say the sizing is inconsistent.

I have been trying to buy a nylon halter with a clip release under the throat for my 16.2hh TB. He doesn't have an oversized face but every horse sized brand I try can only be fastened on the very last (loosest) hole. This one fit nicely in all other areas but once again was just too tight across the poll / cheek. I'm still looking for a solution but Smartpak processed my return and credit quickly and promptly, as always.
