I use this paper for my business - printing double-sided black & white graphics. Great paper that does not jam my printer.

Nothing, I must have ordered the wrong size....I just wanted letter size paper.....received legal size

Have used the product before. Ordering in this quantity avoided damage.

The paper is first rate. The vendor took several weeks to get the package from Sacramental, CA to OK City. So order WELL ahead of your need!

The paper is the kind that we like . Right now at this time its hard to find? we had one thing as a problem with this order.( and a BIG problem as far as paper goes) It was a single box shipment and it came in and the box was pretty well beat up! As we all know shippers don't handle heavy boxes very carefully and they get beat up? So being paper that runs through copiers its very crucial that it stays nice and doesn't have dog ears and smashed up sides? We were in a pickle to get a job printed so we were able to use the biggest majority with no problems only had to trash a minimal amount. I have purchased quite a large amount of paper at a time and it comes by truck with quantity of boxes , so i suggest that you take that in consideration if you plan on ordering paper?

It isn't what I ordered. I got 28lb paper, which is what I ordered.. Same dimensions and quality paper. However, when the paper arrived the ream was ripped open due to poor packaging. I had planned on ordering a case of the paper, but I am concerned that all ten reams will arrive damaged. How can I make sure that won't be the case.

I have used the Hammermill paper in the 8.5 x 11 (24 lb) regularly for our church news letters and have been very satisfied. This 8.5 x 14 in comparison is not as heavy (24 lb.) I found the price online was more economical than other brands, but this stands true; you get what you pay for.

The pic showed a case of paper instead of one ream. The regular "crossed out" price reflected over $45 dollars reduced to $13.04. I thought I was ordering a case at a really good reduced price! (A ream is CHEAPER in the store @ $9.00). Customer service didn't seem understand. It was difficult to communicate with them! Frustrated that I have to travel to FedEx now!

Be careful of the size paper you are ordering. I have to return my order because the paper is 8 x14. I need 8x12 for my computer. My error or the shipper?
