I bought this electric drum set as a birthday gift for my 13 years old son. This electric drum set is a real upgrade from his old one, especially with its multi-trigger snare and tom, as well as the choke function on the cymbals. The kits and sounds of this kit are definitely usable. My son would have no problem using them for practicing or playing along to songs. The service from the Hampback was also excellent.
