Item was OK, but Box was ripped EVERYWHERE
When the stand was delivered, the box was ripped top, bottom, and torn nearly everywhere. I took several pictures before opening. However, when I opened the box the plastic encasing the unit was Miraculously intact and did not have any rips or tears. And the unit was intact with no evidence of mishandling. The unit was exactly what I needed, so I kept the stand and did not report the issue. This is why I reviewed the item with 4 stars.
