It serves its purpose but I don't like the water marks that show after you dry your fingers; you have to wipe off the base to keep it looking good/clean practically every time. And I don't like to do that.

The towel holder is nice except it's not tall enough and you have to fold a towel twice so the towel doesnt hang too low and touch the countertop. But I don't like folding it twice because it doesn't give you much towel to grab when you're trying to dry your hands. So it's not as great as I thought. Although we're gonna continue to try it for a little while.
