Very warm... For 40 minutes. Not while working outside for hours. Battery died within an hour on Max setting. other settings not warm enough

It's not consistent heat and it turned on by itself and it cools off and on and one charged more than the other. Both sides don't heat up.
On highest setting (60 C), it lasts about 1 hour. On lowest setting (40 C), barely useful heating. Capacity too low to be practical for more than 3 or so hours.
This item did not have a charger with it
