I had pulled the muscle from my neck to my shoulder and couldn't find the charger cord for the massager I had. Didn't want to invest in another, so I bought a cheaper one and was disappointed. It has a metal surface, so it was really cold on my skin, and kept slipping around as I had applied analgesic rub to the top of my shoulder. Even at the highest speed, it didn't penetrate the sore muscle. Although, it did take the edge off the pain and made shoulder and neck movement less painful. I definitely wouldn't buy it again.

I know colors were randomly sent, but I not enjoy getting a black one. Color choices should be available for the consumer.

I was charged for it, but I did not receive it. Went to the management office of where I live. Those mailboxes are small and what I ordered would not have fit in it. I confirmed my delivery ZIP Code which is also on the order, but your AI said I would not get a refund because I could not produce another ZIP Code. I do not live in another ZIP Code. Since I moved in this area a little over a month that has been my ZIP Code in Walmart has delivered to that ZIP Code without a problem until this came up. The ZIP Code here is 75038 as shown on the order form so in fact, Walmart has stolen my money.
