Amazing product!!!
This is an excellent product. It is easy to use and is helping my injured ankle to heal faster and since the first day i tried.. I noticed a difference. Affordable price and efficient. I recommend this product. I am so happy i got it. very satisfied!!!

Almost useless
Mostly just makes noise, lttle if any vibration for massage. Will run for only about 10 minutes before it shuts off on its own and won't run until it decides it's cooled down. Heat function has same issue with shutting down by itself, and shuts down quickly if using heat and massage together.

not up to expectations
I guess technically it did vibrate although it didn't do much. Heat function was minimal at best. Probably would be better used as a doorstop.
