I can't recommend a product, which is stated as a genuine tourquise. I had it evaluated, and it was said that it was not real.

no way to expand it and it looks like something for a kid Also the stones were not polished I knew I should have ordered just one if I had of paid full price I would have returned it quickly Please look at the customers name before you respond, because I don't know who Sam is that's what you called me in the first response you sent I don't expect anything better with the last one though I plan to make a better one and it will be polished when I'm done it will look like something for an adult and be adjustable . I don't need the excuses just try making what ever look professional

I paid $10 for this bracelet and it looks like it came from a dollar store. I have also seen it advertised on your website after I received it at a lower price. What can you do to correct this issue? Can I be refunded the price difference?

looks nothing like shown. literally looks like a gum ball machine braclett. it does appear to be turquoise because of weight, just cheap machine quality . very disappointed,will be returning. sad, it was a very special gift for my daughter.

Color is not true! And size is to small!

I bought this as a gift for my friend because she loves turtles and bracelets. I was so embarrassed when it came in that I didn't even want to give it to her. It looks like it came from the dollar store. It looks like plastic not turquoise and the string looks like it will break very easily.

The bracelet is beautiful. It was in a tiny plastic bag, inside a paper bag. No bubble wrap. The person that delivered it thank goodness placed it gently by my door. With negative temps here I'm thankful the bracelets didn't break. Do better with your pkging. Bubble wrap is cheap enough. 3 inches of bubble wrap would have protected them.
