Box is ruined. The item itself isn't ruined so I'll keep it, but not packaged well! No bubble wrap or anything around the item so therefore it got squished. Box is squished and ripped. Now if I wanted to resell or keep the box, I can't so it's lost it's value. Needs more packaging! It was placed in the bag by itself. Actual item is fine, but box is not!!

First time purchasing a funko pop from Walmart online. It arrived in a plastic bag as the packaging and when I opened it then funko box was completely demolished. The internal plastics were cracked and I cannot make it into an actual box. This funko pop is relatively hard to come by and I'm pretty upset I paid more than retail for it to have it arrived totally trashed. I won't be buying those online anymore because there appears to be no quality control for how they ship these.

My item came completely crushed! These are collector's items whose original unopened boxes determine value! The item itself was merely packaged in a thin plastic bag. You could already tell that the box inside was crushed. After opening, it was further confirmed that the original collector's box was smashed, which makes this item now worth next to nothing! The fault doesn't just fall on the shipping company, but also the seller who doesn't package the items correctly to begin with. This could have all been avoided if the item was shipped inside a box. I will not purchase from this seller in the future, as I can't trust their process.

This item is a FAKE!!! DO NOT BUY!!! This is NOT FUNKO!!! Horrible pain job and her head fell off and is soft rubber. Not like the harder rubber that the real Funkos are supposed to be. There are sooooo many fake Funko scammers out there so be careful!! This is definitely one of them. I'd give this no stars if I could.

I would give less than zero stars if I could, I received 5 broken products and received no assistance from the seller. I'm very disappointed

Fake, which would be fine if you aren't a serious collector, however it was shipped in a plastic bag and everything was destroyed.

Garbage, there was no protection whatsoever. They put the pop in a bag. Literally a bag, no cardboard whatsoever

The seller shipped this in nothing but a plastic bag. It was beat up, ripped, and damaged by the time it arrived. It was so damaged, the pop was knocked out of its place in the box. I wanted to give the seller another chance. I asked to buy again but asked that they put it in a box. The seller said they are unable to put it in anything other than the thin plastic bag. Then the seller told me to buy off someone else. This is a fake Pop anyways but I wanted it so I was fine with the price. But for horrible customer service and a damaged item… don't waste your time.
