my old lighted clip on magnifier broke after a good 10 years of service. I could not find another "Clip-on" that would fit my Qsnap frame. Saw this and decided to give it a try. Works great, lights %26 magnifies great. The circumference of the magnifier is larger than my old. one which gives me a "wider" view of my project. I love it. With the loop around the neck, it's very easily adjustable to fit just as you need it. A lovely replacement for my old "clip-on" broken lighted magnifier.
I got this for my mom, who has very poor eyesight, and it has made a big difference for her. She used to have to bend her neck down a lot and hold a magnifying glass in one hand, which was uncomfortable and tiring. With this, she can keep her head in a more natural position, and it really reduces the strain on her neck. The hands-free design is a huge plus — she doesn’t need to hold anything anymore, so she can use both hands comfortably. The magnification is clear, and the built-in light helps her see much better, especially in lower light. It’s simple, practical, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend for seniors or anyone with low vision.
This has been helpful for reading small print, especially instruction manuals. So I don’t have to strain my eyes as much. I got it mainly for my parents, but I’ve ended up using it myself too. The neck frame stays in place pretty well, which is nice since it keeps your hands free. The only small downside is that the connection between the lens and the frame could be a bit tighter, it’s fine for normal use, just not something you want to move around too quickly with. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to and makes close-up tasks a lot easier.
I find this more comfortable to work with thab the clip on flip down glasses, which were giveing me a headache. The light really helps too. The battery doesnt last super long, but long enough. If it was a bigger battery, it would be heavier, so its a good trade off. Comfortable to have around neck and the length makes it easy to pose. Well worth trying out for detail projects.
The magnifying glass’ level of magnification is excellent! The adjustable neck rope is also great, it is a little long, but with it being adjustable it was an easy fix! The light has 3 different settings and they are all very bright so in any light it’ll work great for my projects. I’m very excited to get started.
Bought this as a gift for an elderly family member and it turned out very useful. The hands-free design makes reading and close work much easier without strain. The built-in light is bright and helps a lot in low-light conditions. Simple to use and very practical for daily tasks.
I can’t wait to share this magnifying glass with light, it’s amazing when you are doing the knitting and crocheting at night. If you are a knitting fan you would get what I mean. Recommend it to anyone who love knitting and crocheting.
my biggest problem is that it starts going dim after only a few hrs and then takes at least 4 hrs to get it back full strength.
did not arrive with any instructions. not able to find out how long to charge. it quit charging or light not working within 3 weeks. only used for 1 hour a day. was a great solution for hands free reading. very very disappointing it only worked about 3 weeks.
I bought for the magnifying glass with the light. I have used it several times fully charged, it lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. The magnifying glass is OK, nothing special.
