Handstand Kids Deluxe Gingerbread Hot Cocoa Bomb and Mug Hugger Making Set

This item was supposed to be a gift! Seller put the item in a POLY MAILER and slapped a "FRAGILE" sticker on it! Ridiculous! You dont ship " Fragile" items in a POLY MAILER! The item arrived smashed and damaged as you can clearly see in my photos! There's no way I can give this as a gift now! Seller needs to " Do Better" or learn how to ship appropriately!

So I ordered this item the first time and it took a little road trip to parts unknown, so after 9 days of waiting, I finally decided I needed a replacement. Well, the replacement item did come very quickly.. however, the packaging is trashed, it is ripped in some places, crushed in others, the round stickers that seal the box are lifted. I am not completely sure this item is new, or wasn't returned. I won't know until Christmas as to the quality of the items on the inside, but it won't win any awards for presentation on the outside.
