These work perfectly!
I had ordered two sink stoppers from a different company,and was disappointed to see they didn't work. I decided to try these and was relieved to see they work perfectly! Not only that but they are less expensive than the other ones.

Size matters
Pay attention to size, these are only 5" and just barely cover a shower drain. Otherwise they work.
