Excellent Germination Rate, nutritious %26 tasty
This was my first time attempting to sprout beans of any kind and these beans did great, as far as I can tell. I have nothing to compare them to, so I guess they are good. They have a very high germination rate and the sprouts tasted great. I would recommend these mung beans if you are doing home sprouted beans. I personally found the sprouting process to be a lot of work and probably won't be doing it again any time soon, but if you enjoy it, these beans will work well.

I've tried to order canned bean sprouts for i month and everyone was out of stock. I purchased the mung beans, remembering the 60's, and made my own bean sprouts. You just need a glass jar and some screen on top, to drain the water out daily. There's enough beans for alot of asian dishes. I like egg foo yung.

Saves money and fresher
I love bean sprouts. They're great for stir-frying .It's much fresher and tastier than packaged.

nothing good or bad to say about them
It was a small bag to begin with. They were like eating small peas with a little firmness to them. I only ate them a coupleof times so i can't say weather they have any health beefits one way or the other....i am just going by what i watched on utube.
