Hanes Comfort, Period. Briefs Underwear, Moderate Leaks, Black, 3-Pack 10 Women's

Being an older woman I never thought about period underwear but I wanted something I could wear for bladder leaks. I decided to try these because of the great reviews and the price was so reasonable. They are very comfortable and really work well. I must admit I didn't really like the seam running across the bottom but it really didn't take long to get use to. I just reordered in light protection as I don't think I need moderate. I wish they came in more colors.

I wore these throughout my period this month and was really impressed. They withstood the ultimate test - I went on a big hike the 2nd day of my period and was comfortable throughout. No leaks, scratchiness, or unpleasantness - way better than wearing a pad to hike in!

I am “of an age” where the period part of life is over. Which is followed by the “don't make me laugh, oh no…I'm going to sneeze!” part of life happens. These were a very pleasant surprise. I bought my usual Hanes size. Trying them on the first time you'll notice a seam in the back that is higher up than normal panties. At first I was worried that it would show through leggings. Not a problem, and it's perfectly fine. I'm going to order more, and be throwing out a lot of my other panties. Thank You Hanes!

I use these for mild incontinence and they work well. If bladder leak is heavier, you need to add a (reusable) pad. Panties are comfortable and launder well. I usually air dry or if in a hurry only machine dry on low heat.

OMG I LOVES THESE. All my life I've only worn pads and they are bulky and uncomfortable. I feel like a normal person with these on. They feel dry and i can even workout in them. I love them. They are a bit bulkier than regular underwear and can't really be worn under tight pants without showing. There is also a back seam that can take some getting use too. Over all i love these for the price and comfort. Great first pair of period undies to try that wont break the bank. The only con for me is that i couldn't really tell if my period ended since they were black and absorbent.

As far as leakproof, they seem to work. My only issue is fit. I ordered my regular size. When I put them on they fit fine, but throughout the day they stretch out a bit and get a little “saggy.”

Love them but after only wearing a couple of times seams are coming apart. I read this on another review also.

Kinda stiff in the crotch. Feels a bit like I'm wearing a diaper (which I guess I sort of am).The waist is nice and high, though, and hits above my hip bones, where I prefer it.

Mixed feelings, they do protect your clothing but very difficult to get the odors out since they can't be soaked I bought them for mild stress incontinence but I will go back to using pads due to these retaining odor
