Hanes Essentials Women's T-Shirt Dress, Cotton Lavender

Absolutely love this little throw on gown/dress. I have bought one in every color for sister and and myself as well as extras in black. I use it as a throw on dress, pearls and head on errands, wear it around the house all day. it is darling. throw a sweater over your shoulders and cute pair of shoes and it becomes a great little dress. wish you made more colors.

I received compliments for this dress! I was told there was one with pockets. I was very happy!

I've been retired for a number of years and literally live in my sleep shirts. I'm finally replacing the Hanes one size fits all sleep shirts that I've had for well over ten years. They are the great Hanes quality that we know and love, and they are 100% cotton so they wash and dry perfectly. Highly recommend these!

I liked the older version of the Wear Around with the v-neck. Also this seems a bit less roomy than the older version. Don't you hate it when they mess with a good thing? Oh and this isn't tag free.

LOVE these, ordered yellow & coral! But no way are these 1sz fits all for 2x-3x like the ad stated they measure approx 24" armpit to armpit & side to side.. Im a size 12/14 & while they're is definitely extra space it's only a couple inches each side

Honestly, we have not used this as a dress, and I don't know that I would - however, we ordered four to be nightgowns for my Mom while she was in hospice. Two were used for that purpose - which means that they were cut halfway down the back for easy on/off of a patient unable to help with dressing. The other two I will use as nightgowns. Mom found them comfortable and was much happier with them than she was with hospital style gowns as they offered her more modesty. This is probably a review that Hanes was not expecting.

I expected this item to be virtually identical to the ones I bought a few years ago. Instead it was an inch or two shorter, and about a foot smaller in circumference. Although it did fit, I was expecting the loose roomy fit of my previous "nightgowns".

It looked like a huge floursack on me ...not in the least flattering . I'm probably the same size as the model in the picture , and both of us would probably fit in this dress . Maybe I could use it as a sleep shirt , but I decided to return it instead , as I might get lost in it overnight .

The day I put on the red shirt, my neck, face, chest turned bright red like a sunburn after wearing it for 3 hours. I've looked online but haven't found other complaints. Have not touch any of the 3 shirts since that day. Still having redness. Treating w cordisone cream. Going to skin doc today. Please please please let me know if others have had similar experiences so I can know what to do!! Did not wear pink or black. Please respond!!!!

I have very sensitive skin and was looking for 100% cotton nightgowns for a reasonable price. I figured I'd give these a try and hope for the best. They are very rough, very awkwardly shaped, and are poor quality. I am going to try to make myself nightgowns out of the fabric so they don't go to waste and hope washing them a few more times will soften them up. I haven't been able to wear them at all as is.
