I love how it doesn't press into your stomach. The material is nice and thick also. It's very well made. Would definitely recommend.

The one thing that bothered me at first is in the back, there is a large seam. I can feel the seam when I am wearing the underwear. I did get use to the feeling, and now, I hardly notice it. I prefer to wear these while I sleep at night, to help keep the mattress clean. I would recommend these if you have a problem with incontinence.

Sizing a good but no stretch. Strength is good for all types of women. Thanks to Hanes brand for allowing me to test these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never have to worry about leaks with this product. It keeps everything where it's supposed to be. It's meant for light leaks. It doesn't feel too tight on my belly which I love. It's really comfortable.

I bought these because I wanted a low-cut underwear for pregnancy. The cut of the front is great--very comfortable, fits just right. However, the "light leak" sort of built-in pad fabric goes halfway up the butt side. It kind of sags and gives me a feeling like my underwear is always falling down, even though the waistband is snug. It's because the thick seam between the padded fabric and regular fabric goes halfway up the butt and creates that unpleasant sensation. I wish Hanes would offer underwear in this cut without the pad fabric, or that the pad fabric was cut lower and stayed more in the vagina area. I don't see the need for it to proceed so far up your butt.
