I have a big pouch belly and traditional underwear cover my pouch but it create an uncomfortable feeling. Almost like choking my belly if you know what I mean. This is very comfortable. The lining is thick and provides good support. If you have leakage, then this will provide you with some peace of mind. The fabric is stretchy and breathable. Even if you're not pregnant you can wear this too if you have a big belly pouch. Highly recommend.

Sizing a good but no stretch. Strength is good for all types of women. Thanks to Hanes brand for allowing me to test these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product helped with the light leaks that develop with the pregnancy belly weight. The colors are sort of plain and cold be better. the crotch area feels a little thick but not too bad. I would recommend.

I bought these because I wanted a low-cut underwear for pregnancy. The cut of the front is great--very comfortable, fits just right. However, the "light leak" sort of built-in pad fabric goes halfway up the butt side. It kind of sags and gives me a feeling like my underwear is always falling down, even though the waistband is snug. It's because the thick seam between the padded fabric and regular fabric goes halfway up the butt and creates that unpleasant sensation. I wish Hanes would offer underwear in this cut without the pad fabric, or that the pad fabric was cut lower and stayed more in the vagina area. I don't see the need for it to proceed so far up your butt.
