Hanes Men's and Big Men's Ecosmart Fleece Sweatshirt, up to Size 5XL

I work in the meat department at a large grocery retail chain. As the weather heats up, I don't need a sweatshirt outdoors, but I still must spend time in the meat coolers at near freezing temperatures. These sweatshirts are just heavy enough to block most the chill at mid 30's Fahrenheit, while not being too hot while working on the main store floor. They are also soft and comfortable in general. They have survived the first washing without shrinking and still feel soft and comfortable.

Bought four cheap sweatshirts for my job at Walmart, involving extended periods processing old merch inside a meat cooler. Reasonably light for time spent on floor, but heavy enough to withstand cold in meat cooler. After three wash cycles of the four shirts that I bought, no degradation of quality. Still soft and comfortable. Chose grey and navy colors, to blend with the navy-blue Walmart vest.

Love these sweatshirts, have them in several colors. I said they run true to size, but keep in mind they are loose-fitting, not tight-fitting. They hold up in the wash, color eventually fades a little, but still good. And the more you wash them, the softer they get. Not too heavy/not too light, perfect to wear for spring %26 gall in New England instead of a jacket.

Excellent! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I buy my sweatshirts in the Men's section, because I find that the women's sleeves are always way too short for me, or I'll buy one that fits me perfectly but after a wash both sleeves and length end up being wayyy too short. —Well I stopped waisting my money and I started buying these, really couldn't ask for any better. I buy them about three sizes too big for that oversized fit, on purpose because I want that wrapped-in-comfort feel—and this sweatshirt delivers every time. It's warm, cozy, and perfectly oversized without feeling bulky or sloppy. I stay cold all the time and I live for comfort, so this fleece is so super soft, the quality holds up, and it's my go-to for lounging, layering, or just staying comfortable on cooler days. If you love that relaxed, swallowed-up-in-comfort fit, this one is a win. I've worn Hanes fleece, t-shirts, and underwear for 40+ years and have always been very happy with your products. (I do wish you'd bring back collared fleeces like the Men's Nano Quarter-Zip Fleece Jacket! A hood is not always desirable, in my opinion!)

Don't be fooled by these good looking male models - this sweatshirt is the best for women. I took a chance to order this men's in stead of women's. I am so lucky - the collar is higher, tighter and the sleeve cuffs are tighter and most importantly the shirt comes over my waist nearly 3 inches while the women's shrink and barely meet the tops of my slacks.

The hoodie is fine, but the one I ordered a year ago was nicer. This fabric is kind of thin. It will be fine for summer. The worst part was ordering. I had to place orders 3 times to get this shirt. Fix your website so it doesn't take orders for things you don't have.

I ordered this sweatshirt in Teal and the color I was sent is to blue. Teal should be more on the green side. I took a picture of the sweatshirt with a collapsible basket I have that is Teal to show the difference.

The neck opening is barely large enough to get my head through it. I like the idea of having a small neck opening so that my t-shirt beneath it won't show, but I know what will quickly happen - the neck will wear out and it will look terrible. Also, it runs way too small so I had to return it. The material is somewhat thin too, but I guess it's proportionate to the price - you get what you pay for. It's not a bad product, but it really has to be tried on in the store to know whether or not it's good for you.
