Good quality as they've been in previous years. I wear as socks under pants but also in the very hot summer I cut off the grey toe area and slide on my arm for perfect sun protection when gardening and hold up under washing. Sure, can buy arm protectors but at 3x's the price and often not washable. Tube socks (no heel) fit all adults, difficult to find in stores any more. Would have liked the option to buy 4 pair but if not an option I'd rather buy this many than not buy any at all.
I'm a woman with a broken ankle. I was given that lovely boot and told to wear a moisture-wicking knee sock. My first thought was a tube sock. I was struggling to find such a thing in the womens dept, so off I went to the men's. I'm wearing 2 (1 pair) socks with the boot, and my foot is very comfy and cool while I heal my ankle. I know this is an unconventional review for the actual purpose of these socks, but if they are ideal for my purpose, I'm assuming they would be great for actual moisture-wicking socks. I do plan on continuing to wear them as actual socks when I'm out of this heavy boot!
I like the fact that it fit my feet perfectly size was exactly what I was looking for the price was very good and the quantity of pairs of socks was excellent
The material is so thin that you can actually see your hand through the foot and heal. You might as well be walking around barefoot. For almost 15. The quality should be a lot better. I have bought this socks in the past and I don’t remember them being that thin. Now I have to find a different kind for my grandson for his school clothes. Thanks Cheryl
The cotton content has gone down and these are slowly turing into mostly polyester socks. I use to purchase these socks because they were high cotton content, because my sons feet sweat when its mostly a poly blend. Looks like hanes lost a customer. Also, we don’t need more plastic in our clothes, we need to stop the toxicity.
Cheap, shapeless and definitely no cushion. I had hoped washing these before wearing would help but no. Half the sock is scratchy material that is almost see through and the “cushion” is a couple of spots with less thickness than the cheapest non-cushioned dollar store sock. This sock would not keep your foot warm on a summer day! Also, there couldn’t be ANY latex in these rags, there is no stretch or shape to them: absolutely none. I should have returned them. Hanes has gone downhill and now they have hit rock-bottom. I will buy some Reeboks socks and use these for dusting. I would not insult a homeless person with something so cheap🤬
Do not buy. The quality of the material used to make these socks is very cheap. I use to always pick Hanes because of the quality of the materials used. Not anymore. Do not buy. These are the worst socks I’ve ever bought. If I didn’t already throw the packaging away. I would return them.
The socks run thin and loose warmth and shape. The inside material sticks to feet after wear, causing the sock to feel thin, which causes the socks to slide excessively creating holes from friction on the bottom of the sock.
This is false advertisement. I choose these socks because they said they were mostly cotton. When they arrived they were 76% polyester. These socks are garbage!!!!! I am so frustrated. They are not what the description said. Sending them back is not an option for me. Now I have to live with Walmart garbage. If I could have given zero stars I would.
Socks were supposed to be 12 to 15 and they were 6 to 12. This the second time I know you have this shock 12 to 15 I've been in the store and see on the label but there's probably many many many more socks on our 6 to 12 anywhere I wear a size shoe 12 and these socks are small now what should I do about that? They're still in a pack. One pairi is out I was gonna try, but I could compare to my foot. It was gioibg to be small too small.
