Hanes Men’s Essentials Cotton Shorts With Pockets, 7.5" Inseam

Recently I purchased 2 pair of these shorts to wear when exercising on my recumbent bike. Though I'm female, the fit is good, the waist comfortable, and the length just right. Cotton jersey is my preference, too.

Purchased for my husband. Washed and worn. Very happy with the results. No shrinkage and no washing out of the color. My husband said very comfortable.

the material is thin. however, purchased for my spouse to lounge in. will probably purchase again if on clearance

I husband has worn these for many years in many colors. They are his all season uniform. Looks great with a polo and loafers. Then with a favorite t-shirt and sneakers for yard work. Launders beautifully and last forever

Comfortable shorts for around the house. This order was for replacement of my older ones that I wore out. The draw string is too long for my liking, so I customize them by pulling the strings to size that I like, and then I double knot the string and cut off the extra length. Then I can slip the short on and off without having to tie the string each time or deal with the excess string hanging down in the way. They stay up and never slip down, always fitting perfectly. I also cut off the scratchy washing instruction tags. I don't know why Hanes doesn't use a softer material for those tags.

100% cotton which is very nice material!

Not what I was expecting very thin

No design accommodation for big and tall, the pockets are back so far it's difficult to get one's hands into them. And the cloth, though allegedly cotton, is rough as sandpaper. Very disappointed. Would not recommend or buy again.
