Bought this Hanes sleep pant set for extra- cold winter nights we have been having. I wear LT or XLT depending on the item. The pants are a little long but that's OK with me. I was worried about the shirt being long enough but it is OK so far after one washing and short time in dryer at low setting.

Quality was a good surprise and hubby wants to wear these daily for warmth and so comfortable. He is paralyzed and waist fit him the way his size should. Easy for him to push down as needed. Drawstrings we're not a hindrance since elastic waistband fit accordingly.
