The Good: Ultimate Comfort: My husband had a major abdominal surgery in 2023 that dehisced, leading to a wound vac treatment. It left a lot of painful scar tissue, making it extremely painful for him to have anything hard pressing against his scar. Truly Covered Waistband: Most underwear brands use hard, exposed elastic bands. Hanes is the only brand I have found that features a completely fabric-covered waistband, making these the only boxer briefs he can comfortably wear without pain. Great Quality: They are soft, gentle on sensitive skin, and provide a reliable fit for daily wear. The Faults: Inseam Length: The only thing my husband would change about them is making the legs just a little bit longer so they don't ride up. Final Verdict: If you or a loved one are dealing with abdominal surgical scars, wound recovery, or extreme skin sensitivity, these are an absolute lifesaver. I highly recommend them!

Just had abdominal surgery and the shorts are the only ones I can wear. They are very comfortable and the band is as soft as could be and causes no irritation. Loved them before glad I bought an additional package.

Fabric too thin (you can practically see through it—see photo), the waist band rides down under your jeans—beneath your crack— when you bend over (especially if you have a nice butt), requiring multiple adjustments throughout the day just to keep the waist band up around your waist in the back. Worse yet, the added stitching in the legs to prevent them from riding up feels like literal rubber bands around your thighs (see photo), even on the size up from what you would ordinarily wear (ordered XL just to be safe). Poor fit, poor quality, and only a good buy for folks that don't know any better. Now you know better! I ignored all the bad reviews because of all the people who haven't worn a stretchable, comfortable, breathable, high quality pair of boxer briefs leaving seemingly stellar reviews. Spend a little more per pair over a few pay periods to replace what you've got, and you'll be happier, more comfortable, and also so you do not have to look like a child adjusting your underwear in public, looking like you got an itchy butt. THINK THRICE!!

The legs are two different tightnesses and the material is thin. I wanted to give this brand another try but once again it disappointed me. The quality is poor and inconsistent. How can I comfortably wear this when one thigh is loose and the other is getting strangled? I can't return it because I'm wearing it so I guess I'm out of luck.

Yet another waste of my hard earned money- They are tight to begin with so why would i waste time trying to always wash in cold (yuck not even a sanitary way of washing under clothes) and hang them to stiffly dry, as to prevent them shrinking even smaller- No I won't send back underwear for refunds- simply not right-

Like the socks i bought at the same time, I'm realizing hanes has really cheaped out on their clothing. I bought these "same" boxer briefs a couple years ago and the quality difference is stark. Simply moving was enough to rip threads. I would not recommend any of their products, and will be looking elsewhere to replace the purchase i made as hanes has left me feeling ripped off.

These used to be my favorite, but this recent package is different. the fabric is so thin that you can see through it. It's rougher than it used to be, doesn't fit the same as it used to, and the hem around the legs isn't stretchy at all. These are awful and it looks like I'll have to find another brand. Don't bother buying these!

Item may have been fine. I ordered 2 items for delivery. One, this one was delivered. The other delayed. It was then changed for pickup. I ordered to have the items drop shipped to a friend who had no transportation. I live out of town. I called the store at least a dozen times to get it changed back to delivery. No answer and no way to communicate with the store. I tried to cancel the item. No indication the item was canceled or purchase price returned to my credit card. I will never purchase from Walmart online again and would recommend that others avoid it as well. No service if they mess up your order. Frustrated.

worst underwear I've ever worn. for some reason, they decided to put a thin line of some sort in the bottoms of the legs that wrap tightly around your thighs and cut off circulation. also the material is thick and starchy. nothing about this underwear is comfortable. they are unbearable. total waste of money.
