Hanes Men's X-Temp Cushioned with Arch & Vent Low Cut Socks, 12-pack

I only wear Hanes socks I was looking for something thinner than what I usually get for the summer time. These socks are extremely lightweight and thin for moisture wicking which is perfect for me, they also have a lil extra material on the bottoms for a bit of cushion and they have an elastic around the middle of the foot. these will be perfect for my sneakers that can feel a lil tight after an hour or so. I would definitely buy more when I need them.

I've had Hanes 1/4 socks before..I bought them at Walmart about a year ago, I only use these socks each, and every day..They last well and DONT slip...These new HANES EXTREME slip in every boot or shoe I use, unless the shoe is EXTREMELY tight!..I would NOT recommend these socks to anyone because they DONT stay put... Extremely Disappointed! below is a pic of the old Hanes on the bottom and the new ones on the top....I only ordered new ones, because some of the old ones got holes eventually..and that is definitely normal.. the old ones never slipped!!

I have bought the same socks from Hanes in the past. It's been a few years. I re-ordered two packs based on that and they are falling apart…. Photos are after ONE day wearing these socks in sneakers. My last pairs are years old and never did this, garbage that I will be returning…

This is why people look past Hanes products today. This has gotten progressively worse over time; my feet have not changed size. They have been a size 11.5 wide, measured. But over time there's been “size inflation” in footwear, especially in socks. I used to buy this style of sock in the 6-12 range, most of my adult life. Then, all of a sudden, companies like Hanes started putting out garbage like this that shrinks into chipmunk booties to the point where I have to purchase a size 12-16 fit sock like this one and yet it still fits in the palm of my hand after the first wash. “Compression” LMAO” there's not enough fabric here for a size 10 foot let alone a 12, and a 16? Hilarious. What's next? Do I need to visit the Big%26Tall store for athletic socks for a regular foot size? Or just buy a brand that doesn't rip you off like this.

Disappointed. Tight fit, only the bottom of the sock has cotton padding. The top of the sock is just nylon like a dress sock so my foot sweats a lot. I bought Hanes Xtemp crew socks also and they must be 90% not cotton. I will never buy Hanes socks again.

NOT BIG AND TALL OR MISMARKED. My husband wears a size 13 shoe and these socks are very small. MISMARKED? They say big and tall.

They changed the material. I haven't been able to find the cotton version since summer 2019. The new poly blend is cheap and tight.

This is one day of wearing the socks . I I previously purchased solid black X temps they were great quality, unfortunately no longer sold . I usually just re-buy what's good. I bought these and after one day of where this is what they look like..

Ordered the men's big %26 tall size 12-14 but these are more like a juniors size 12. They are way too tight, almost impossible to get on. And like other reviewers, I have purchased these in the past and never had an issue. Not sure what changed but these aren't the same quality nor size of what I have received in the past. I've included a pic showing how the toe box of the sock doesn't even stretch across the entire foot. Very uncomfortable.

These socks used to be my go-to for several years. I decided to replace my older and worn Hanes socks with the same style and what I thought would be the same quality, but boy was I wrong! It appears that the quality has diminished with the latest version of these socks. I bought them in August and noticed holes around the toe box in November. These socks also slide around on my feet which is hazardous and annoying and they dont stay up around my ankles. Terrible quality. Would not recommend at all.
