Hanes Sport Women's Performance Running Shorts

I have been wearing them all day and practiced yoga in them. I love them. Waist fit perfect and the legs are a little flared and baggy so im glad there is a built in liner/underwear. Super comfortable for vinyasa yoga. I love them. Im 5’2, 125 lbs and i got the small. Other reviewers said they were low rise but for me it is a medium rise since im petite. I ordered more in other colors since the price is great and these are my new fav shorts.

These are great - they have an inner lining and a coin pocket. Nothing for your phone, though. They are very very light, which I love. At this price they are just wonderful I need four more. Washes well.

These shorts are lightweight and comfortable. Sizing is true to size. I love the cut. The briefs fit well and felt nice while running. Great shorts for a nice run or being around the house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these from Hanes to try and review, but when I opened the package I thought I'd never like them. I don't run, I'm not sporty, and they look funny laying flat (they look better on). I wore them for walking the dogs, and they were great, no chaffing on the thighs, comfortable. Then I wore them to do lawn work and go swimming, and now I kind of live in them. So great for the 90° days/weeks, and after that many days of shaving, it was nice to go swim and give my bikini line a break. The built-in shorties/undies don't rub and they whole short is super light and quick drying. Like the little pocket for a key and couple bucks on the inside; just good for walking or the beach. Waist is adjustable with a drawstring that is a continuous loop so no end coming loose or having it pull out in the wash. I never put them in the dryer because they dry so quick it's unnecessary.

They are OK, the medium fit me; a size 8-10. The only complaint is that they have a wide panel at each side. So, instead of a pair of shorts made out of 2 panels, these have an additional one on each hip. It is not comfortable and looks a bit un-natural when you see the line for the seams running down the front of your legs.

I ordered my regular size. They were shorter and more snug than I expected. If I would have known that before I ordered I would have ordered the next larger size. The quality is excellent.

So, today was my 2nd time wearing these. Loved them, super comfy but... both sides ripped out on me when I bent over. Seriously? And no, it's not a weight thing... in order a size up

Do not buy these shorts. The seam tore within 15 minutes of my wearing them. While they fit comfortably and looked good, the quality is zero stars. I did one squat and the fabric ripped at the white seam. They were not tight on my thighs. I had no indication that they'd rip. If you plan to use them for active wear, I'd suggest to be careful. It comes down to you get what you pay for. Bummer

I absolutely do not recommend these. I feel like the fit when you first put them on was alright but it's like they're too small in the hip area or the fabric is too thin or weak to sustain any kind of stretching. DO NOT WEAR THESE if you intend to do any kind of lunging, squatting, or bending down to pick something off the ground. These pants ripped on me, on the side, within a couple of hours. Athletic shorts or pants should be made with enough sturdiness to withstand something as basic as squatting or sitting down. They did not fit tight on me so I was not expecting bending over to be a problem. It could also be the fabric is just to this and the stitches could hold onto the fabric. I'm not sure. I just think these are poorly made and do not recommend them whatsoever.

Washed them one time and the seam on the side of the leg came loose and I had to sew it. I expected better quality from Hanes.
