These undershorts are just the correct combination of 95% cotton and 5% spandex fabric. The spandex helps to keep a man well supported and comfortable. I have worn them for dress and sport. They are comfortable during my rowing workouts and three mile walks. The medium size fits exactly as a medium size should. Very happy with this product.
