These socks are great and I like the low cut for the summer days. I like to wear socks around the house all year round and these are not to heavy and very comfortable. I always wear hanes sock and for the price it's a good value for good quality!
These socks wear well, are comfortable with my sneakers and maintain their shape and cushiony comfort even after machine washing and drying many times.
I bought these socks hoping that they were a little higher than the "low" socks, but not as high as the ankle socks. These are perfect! The elastic holds the socks where they're supposed to be. They do not fall down into your sneakers when you walk or run The greatest part is that these are sized at 5-9 where most are 7-10. I have small feet and these are the perfect length with the cushioned footbed. I am so glad that I bought 3 (10 packs in white and 3 in black.) I hope these are going to be carried by Hanes for a LONG time as I will purchase these again.
I love these socks because they are very soft and have a lot of cushion. Also, they don't slip down my heals when I wear them all day, whether running around the house in socks with no shoes or out and about....no slip. They also hold up pretty good. Will continue to purchase them when my new ones wear out.
I had recently purchased a couple packages of socks from Hanes. I have worn the socks and they are comfortable.. I was disappointed though when there was a ridiculous shipping charge. I had ordered sneakers the same day and paid nothing for shipping. I do realize that sneakers are more expensive, but have worked in the shipping industry for what was charged for freight was ridiculous.
I thought the tops would have come up a little further on the ankle, but overall they work on my VERY sensitive feet. Hanes socks are the only socks with a no seam type toe (seams on my toes make for a very achy feet) I can find that I can afford. Thank you!
I got these because they are cotton and are extra thick on only the bottom. It has helped a lot with stinky feet. The socks come up to a good height, and neither slip down into my shoes nor come up so high that it looks funny. They aren't too tight for a shoe size 7.5-8. They are not good quality but it is decent for the price. They are not soft, but are not scratchy either.
I have the skinniest ankles and for whatever reason, they were too snug. The foot part fit fine, I ordered the correct size, just dont understand the ankle thing. Has never happened before on these skinny legs!
I have exclusively bought these socks for everyday wear since I was a teenager, and I never have even thought of switching to another brand. Usually once or twice a year, I'll throw out all the ones with holes in them and get a new pack. I think this is reasonable since I walk 4-6 miles a day; losing a few pairs a year doesn't seem excessive. …until this pack. When I started wearing the new ones, almost every single sock had holes in it after the FIRST wear!!! Socks in the past have only shown holes after several months of heavy wear. The first few I thought were flukes, but almost the entire pack was full of holes after wearing one time! Then I got angry that I had thrown out old socks with just small holes when I could have kept them longer and let them wear out more. My new ones looked worse after one wear than the slightly-damaged ones looked after six months to a year! Now I just keep wearing the same hole-filled socks, but have to regularly throw them out when my big toe goes all the way through. I have never even considered switching brands, but now it makes me sad that I'll have to. I gave two stars because the product used to be good, and I hope it can be again.
Advertised as 68% cotton and they are 59% polyester and 39% cotton. Not soft, they feel like ployester.
