Hanover Grill Gazebo 90" x 59" x 90"

Went together ok and works as designed. One leg was scratched when we opened the box, but all the parts were there. Pleased with purchase.

Beautiful in my backyard and I've got a lot of compliments on it. I had put string lights on it and at night it's absolutely beautiful.

Very nice looking Grill Gazebo. Everything you need is included. I recommend tightening screws by hand, they do strip easy with a screw gun Assembly was easy, instructions are pretty clear. Anchored it down to a concrete patio with Tapcon screws and it held down well thru a severe thunderstorm Hoping this will last, love the look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill gazebo came in one box - all parts and instructions are there. After laying the parts out on the ground and reviewing the picture instructions (it's kinda like those diy furniture assembly instructions), the grill gazebo assembly instructions were easy enough to follow. I assembled most of it by myself, however, having a partner definitely made the task much easier, especially when it came to sliding the roof sheets into place and moving the gazebo in place. The make of the grill gazebo is good, and the area covered is ample - I have one of those big wide outdoor grill and stove, and it fits. The gazebo shelves and hanging bar/hooks were really handy - provides a nice counter area for condiments, spices, work area and temporary service area.

The Hanover Grill gazebo is beautiful except it was missing one part and that is one shelf bracket ( please see photo). Please advise. Thank you.

You better hope you get all the parts when this arrives otherwise youll be like me and waiting for almost 3 Months and counting. Item arrived with some minor dings here and there but what would you expect in an item of this size and weight. This is definitely a 2 person assembly and I am a very handy person. Everything was fairly straight forward but you do need to pay attention to the directions and a word of advice, dont tighten everything to the Max right off the bat. This needs to be a fluid construction. Main issue was with the roof panels. They slide in to a groove along the roof assembly. One panel went it with some difficulty and elbow grease. The other panel would not go in to save my life. After inspection of both panels the grooves were bent and that was the main cause of resistance for the first panel. The second panel roof grooves were also bent and I had to cut the panel as well to fit because it was too wide and that, coupled with the bent grooves, was the only way it would go in (I did try greasing the grooves as well and that did help a little). After finally getting the panels in all I had left to do was put on the shelves. Of course it was missing one of the four brackets needed, literally the last part I needed to finish the assembly. These are not standard L shape brackets you can just pick up at Home Depot either, you need their bracket. Called customer service that was very helpful in setting up the part request. 2 Months later and no part in site. I follow up with customer service who said the part was on backorder and they would like to know if I wanted to be put on the waitlist for this extremely custom part. What kind of stupid question is that?! So here I sit and wait with a gazebo that is 99% complete. It has already started to rust here and there as well. Also the interior dimensions are tighter than whats listed. This should have easily fit my Weber Genesis four burner grill because my previous grill gazebo had a slightly smaller interior space than this one but it just barely fits in there with no room on the sides. It is a nice Gazebo but you better hope it isnt damaged and you better hope you get all the parts.
