I am bed ridden at the moment, so I'm always laying down. I got this because my shoulders would hurt holding my phone up in the air over me. I have where it sits at the side of my bed, and it hangs over me making both my hands free and my shoulders and arms hurt as much. I would say about 70% less...I'm really happy I bought it...the only thing I have to do is tighten it every 2 weeks or so

it's garbage. it's easy enough to assemble but nothing stays in place!! you have to make multiple adjustments throughout the day bc everything gets loose and wobbly. and the top that holds the tablet? it's too heavy, even my phone makes it tip over. just everything about it is a waste of time, money, and space

This is just what I wanted! Holds my tablet securely and also holds my phone securely, but not together! hands free secure access from my hospital bed! I recommend this great tool! As a precaution I keep the strap on my tablet and wrap it around the arm as insurance to stop any potential slips! ENJOY Hands free browsing! As always... Thank you Walmart!

I LOVE this product- so much so I bought a second one for my home office as well. I do a lot of virtual sessions on my phone- I had a tripod that just never seemed to stay in place- but the worst part was it was nearly impossible to insert a charging cord while it was in the holder- this product address is that perfectly- but the design also makes it far more versatile in terms of where to place the camera. Highly recommend I do wish the base was just a tad bit heavier, but it’s really not a problem

The phone holder came broken .

Beware!! Product does not match item/product description and design. The base plate I received in the “upgraded version”packaging is not the same as the one in the product description. See photos and compare. Base plate is already not properly balanced so it wobbles. Product immediately falls over when a larger device or tablet is on the stand. Seller is falsely advertising a product that doesn’t perform in terms of sturdiness.

Decent idea but not heavy enough. I have a standard size tablet, ten inch, it fits in the bracket but the stand wants to tip over with it. I had to add a weight to the base to keep the stand from tipping over while holding a tablet. Even with a phone, if the arm is outstretched at all it is off balance.

I bought the item for its ability to hold my large tablet. while it held the tablet, it wouldn't hold it up. it's not sturdy enough. too many plastic parts. it needs to allow for the weight of a large tablet, and it doesn't. I returned it the next day. junk for a big tablet

it broke in less than 2 weeks! it did not have the wide base that it said it came with! the set screw stripped out where it tighted to the base and then the cheap plastic piece just completely broke where it attached to the base plate. i would return it but i didn't save the box.

Pretty unstable you may need to weight this down with something or slide it under your carpet or rug so it doesn't tip over it's okay for the sale and i am okay u til i spend more purchase power on a more reliable solution.
