I love this 18-egg box - I bought this repeatedly and it is always on top of my repurchase list. Recommend it to other people! One time, I see some crack in the box, and I requested a refund - got the refund as walmart credits immediately. Super happy about the refund experiences on eggs purchase.
These eggs have a richer flavor then other eggs, usually cheaper white eggs. I don't know why that is but for whatever reason these dark eggs just taste better then white ones. They do well in cake style recipes, pancakes, etc. I started using them in my ground meat mistures with chopped up goodies. Binds everything together well. Like any other egg just a better quality with mostly thicker shell then white eggs.
They say the more orange the yolks are they are much more fresh and the bird is healthy. Happy Eggs are free range eggs, but mini free range eggs do not have as orange of a yolk. I don’t know what the difference is maybe it’s what they’re fed or maybe it’s the amount of space they have to roam. Either way, we love our Happy Eggs and the quality is worth the price!
Eggs are the perfect source of protein. Healthy organic as chickens roam free at a decent size. Crack for boiling for easy portability eating. Olive oil in a pan 3 eggs red bell pepper sharp cheddar cheese cubed small parsley cilantro paprika choice of other vegetable or add cooked chicken small pieces for omelettes topped with sour cream with avacado roma tomato as 1 idea to make or substitute cottage cheese for sour cream in fold of omeltettes .
Love these eggs. I have gotten them more than 6 times by now. Not one has arrived broken. Before I got some eggs in plastic containers, one - 3 eggs arrived broken every time! So the cardboard container is both more protective but better for our earth. These eggs are truly fresh, with the yolks nicely plump %26 round (a sign of freshness). Taste is incredible. I highly recommend them!
I've noticed that my eggs are frequently arriving cracked in recent deliveries. This has happened multiple times. I dont know if it's driver's fault, the store or the manufacturer. I always let it slide before because it's such a hassle to ask a refund for only one or two cracked eggs but not this time. Good thing I checked the eggs right after they deliver it so I can ask a refund. These eggs are not cheap so make sure the eggs are checked and packed more carefully before delivery
I usually buy a different brand of pasture raised eggs but the store I usually buy from was out of my preferred brand. I eat three hard boiled eggs daily so I was definitely in need. I saw these at Walmart and figured I would give them a try. Mistake. The yolks were so pale a yellow they were almost white. The whites were extremely rubbery and stiff. The membrane was so thick and hard that the eggs were almost impossible to peel. Complete garbage. I won't tell you what to do but I won't be buying this brand of eggs again.
Please do not buy these hen eggs. First I thought they were chicken eggs. After eating 2, I had food poisoning for 3 days. I've never felt anything like it excruciating pain in my stomach. That was the only thing I ate. with toast and three months old butter for walmart.
I would give it a zero. The eggs turned rainbow when cooking. I had to throw them all out! Would be a pain to return and when I tried to call the store to tell them no one answered twice as I sat and went through all the phone prompts! Hope no one got sick!
I am so upset about today’s eggs! I had to use hot water to save some of them and get them moose and they still have egg gotten on them and one of them broke. This is happened in the past two times now and for that price there shouldn’t be anything wrong with these eggs.
