This is an awesome treadmill. Plenty of belt to walk comfortably, actually folds to store out of the way, quiet, and the electronic screen is big enough to see. The written directions were a bit wonky but there is an awesome YouTube video that made assembly a breeze, even for me. Highly recommend this one!
This is the best value for money for seniors, it's easy to assemble plus it's safe to operate with the long side handrails and the security key. I am a senior who walks 1 mile 6 days a week. I wanted a treadmill to walk on during inclement weather. I researched many products but this one appeared to offer the best features and benefits to meet my goal of walking 6 days a week. When the treadmill arrived, my wife assembled it in a little over an hour. The monitor has large clear letters, and numbers that are easy to read. The long side handrails are easy to reach, are sturdy, and are cover with soft padding. My only suggestion to improve the product ts to make it a foot longer, too often, I felt the end of the walking belt nipping at my heals.
This treadmill was just what I wanted. As a senior and history of falling, I am uncomfortable walking on uneven outdoor surfaces, with the side bars I can walk at a comfortable speed indoors and have a great grip if I loose my balance. I love the simplicity of the control panel, I didn't want all the gadgets/Old School/, the quality is great and didn't' need to have ability to raise the runner belt high or run on the machine. The price was well within my budget, and there is the ability to fold if necessary. I did a lot of shopping but always came back to this treadmill as the right one for me. All in all I would not hesitate to advise anyone to purchase this Treadmill Walking Pad...Great buy and something I will use and not as a cloths hanger......
Delivered as promised but box was cut nearly in half. Thankfully all the parts were in tack except for 1 rubber washer, but there was a package labeled “Extra Pieces” that included a rubber washer. Instructions were not the clearest but the friend that brought it in and put it together did a great job. It works well %26 I’m building up farther each day.
Great treadmill for the money. Lots of features found on more expensive models. Easy assembly. Used twice a day by myself and my spouse. So far, no issues.
This is perfect. Doesn't require a lot of room. Handrails make you secure. Easy start and stop from 2 positions. Would buy again. I' m 74 with 2 back surgery I needed help with walking again.
As we are now able to put it together, we discovered, one of the padded arm rests has a tear(looks like a thumb nail) in it. Not sure if it will get bigger, or what we should do about it. Cannot believe someone will see it and still package it. Sign of the times we live in.
I understand the company wants to hold down cost and make as much profit as possible, but this treadmill needs one important improvement. The walking platform needs to be five or 6 inches longer for safety. I would suggest holding both rails all the time while you are walking because your foot goes all the way to the back and one wrong step you be will be flat on your face. Other than that, it seems to be a pretty good treadmill.. I am 75 and and I like it OK I just wish they would correct this for safety. But my experience over the years companies do not take customers ideas to heart usually.
This is perfect for seniors who wish to keep from getting stagnant. The speed is good and the device is very quiet. HOWEVER, trying to get tech support is a maze and after 1/2 hour I gave up. When you click on the support page of their website, it takes you to warranty and returns. I just had a question about how the heart rate scan didn't seem to be working properly. That's why I only gave it a 3.
The Treadmill was delivered in the box. I paid for it to be assembled. I emailed the company Good Tend and had not heard from them. I paid $99 for assembly. What to do?
