Relatively OK
I bought these to help with my dead-lifts and when I do traps. They are OK, but they are both made for right hands, so when you put one on your left hand it feels uncomfortable. The other thing is that loop hole is too stiff and you can't make it tight enough to make it really pull down on your wrists. I won't return them but when they are useless, I will try another brand.
