Hard Candy Eye Def Multi-Chrome Liquid Eyeliner, Holographic, Dance Trance, Green-Bronze-Pink

I absolutely love these eyeliners, I have two (one in is in the blue). The color changes with the angle and lighting. They are stunning and so easy to apply. They last for a long time, too. If you rub your eyes, it will flake off a bit, but most makeup would. These are sooo fun and perfect for summer/festival looks!

I am older so eyeliner doesn't go on as easily as it once did. I like the consistency because I can make a mistake and easily just fill in. I love the color so much I've bought both.

Looks great, goes on smoothly. Tends to get flaky after extended wear; would not recommend for more than a few hours of wear. Put on at 5:30AM and by noon it was flaking off.

Absolutely gorgeous colors and awesome packaging! The brush is decent for making sharp lines on the lower lid. However, the drydown could be better in terms of cakeyness, unless you're lucky enough to get a straight line on the first try. Overall, fairly smudge proof highly pigmented formula. Love Hard Candy!

This eyeliner is super pretty and actually does change colors in different lighting. It shifts beautifully. My only complaint would be that it does start to flake off after a few hours. Other than that, it is pretty high quality and affordable! Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

I really wanted to love this liner from Hard Candy. It goes on easily. The color is fantastic. It changes, depending on how the light hits it, which results in an ever changing display. When I first put it on, I thought it looked dark and not that impressive. Then I got into the car to run some errands with family and within seconds of the light hitting my lids, both my husband and daughter had commented on the holographic effects. They really are beautiful. I was planning on wearing this liner to a party, and I initially felt really good about it. But, by the end of the day, the liner was in terrible shape. It had worn off in places and smeared here and there. I had a full afternoon of hanging out, laughing, doing a lot of the things I knew I would be doing at the party, minus the drinking. So, I quickly decided that I would not be wearing this to the party. There was no way I wanted to have to do regular maintenance on my eyeliner throughout the night. If you're someone who doesn't mind that, then you'd probably be fine with this eyeliner. While I'm glad I tried it, I will definitely be buying a waterproof version if I decide to go for the holographic look again. It really is something!

The colors are the only reason I even want to give it one star because the blue and the green gradient do you actually show up very well, but everything else is very poor. The liner does not go on smoothly, it also feels rough, it also creases very easily. it will give you a very tacky eye feeling like your corner of your eye is getting stuck because it dries so hard and that is not what liquid eyeliner is supposed to do. Also, The applicator is horrible and will not give you a clean line if your life depended on it. If I could give this less than one star, I would. just remember you get what you pay for.

While its consistency makes it easy to apply, and its colors are beautiful, this is by far the absolute worst eyeliner I've ever tried. It looks like cracked scales once dried, and it flakes and peels off incredibly easily. No matter the shiny color or ease of application, unintentionally scaly eyelids with uneven lines (due to missing sections that flake off) just isn't a good look. I can't get my money's worth on a product I can't wear, and opt to avoid by its poor quality/undesirable effects.
